Did you shed a tear? ;) Making a note of this so I know to take a tissue with me! This reminds me of my mum's story of my first day at nursery - other kids clinging to mums and sobbing, my mum feeling like she wanted to cry, me running over to a table with nary a glance over my shoulder, grabbing a colouring in sheet and pencil and getting to work! Apparently she made it to the car before breaking down!
I totally understand this!! we cut K's hair for the first time recently, at over 3+a half years!!! She was weary at first, but we wnt to the kitty-chan themed hairdressers...now she claims it is too long and it needs to be cut again nearly every other day!!
Aww you poor thing Angela! I didn't realise that it was a traumatic thing. You and M are the opposites of my mother and I. She loved to cut my hair whereas I wanted it long! :)
naw..it does look good..I cringed as I was cutting Alex`s hair for the first time. Her hair was so fine, it would get tangled so quickly we had no choice to cut it..have cut it loads of times since so have pretty much gotten used to it. Taking her to the hairdresser for the first time will be something else again.
Married K in 1998, now have 3 fab kids who keep me busier than I ever was when I had a paid career! Living in very rural Japan, trying not to offend the locals. Oh, and I'm a Bible-believing Christian.

Ohhhhh, I'm sad just looking at the pictures! It's very cute though. Great kick at the end. Amy still hasn't had hers cut... Will you make a brush?
